This can be referred to as an internet access centre that will offer a rich bouquet of services to the public.

Requirements

• Be a Kenyan citizen aged over the age of 18
• Write a Business Plan
  
• Collect an application from from Family Bank or download a copy of the form from this link here
• Return the duly filled form together with your business plan to a Family Bank near you.
• Submitted Applications are then vetted by Family Bank in conjunction with the Kenya ICT Board and successful applicants awarded the loan.
• one other thing is that there is a 3 month grace period prior to loan repayment.

I learnt that even those with ICT related businesses may write up a business plan that shall enable them upgarde the standards of their operations. Interested entrepreneurs like me may then try their luck!
