KRA PIN Application

----------------------------------------

PIN application available at Sams Cyber. For those with adequate computer skill you can do it by yourself by visiting KRA Website . Sometimes we have situations where an individual applying for a PIN doesn’t have all the particulars needed to complete the online application process. Such is the case with people who have only the year of birth instead of the [dd/mm/yyyy] that is in use by the KRA System. What you do in such a case is fill in the date as 1st and month as July. For instance, this client has his National ID indicating the date of birth as 1985. While completing the online application form make sure that you indicate his/her date of birth as 1st of July 1985 (01/07/1985).

Hope this helps.

KRA ONLINE SERVICES

KRA ONLINE SERVICES

File your tax returns at Sams Cyber. It’s simple if you have your Tax Obligations declared in your PIN Certificate. Under the Obligations Tab, ensure that you have declared the correct tax that you are planning to file returns. For example, if you use the VAT3 form to file your returns, then you need to have declared your obligation as VAT (Value Added Tax). If your certificate of registration indicates that you have no obligations, then you can not file your returns online. To ensure KRA updates your obligations, send an Email containing your: PIN Number and Tax obligation you need to have declared to KRA Control Room. controlroom@kra.go.ke or call KRA Care centre on: 0204999999

I hope it helps someone.
